Integrated Life Co. is the culmination of over 15 years of experience in consulting, coworking, and event production.
Founder, Brandon Still, entered the corporate sales world armed with degrees in Economics and Management and graduate studies in International Business.
"Out of college, I worked for a sales company. Quickly, I realized that wasn't for me. Two years of corporate grind behind me I joined a small consulting company. Almost 10 years later I found myself as a partner in charge of new business development. A move and marriage saw me leave that position. I started my own independent firm and 6 years later it has evolved into a network of several coworking spaces, events businesses, and The Integrated Life Co."
Today, we work with community leaders to grow or establish their entrepreneurial ecosystem through the development of boutique coworking spaces and robust programing and events.
Our Coworking Roots and Philosophy
Our first coworking space was born from the need for affordable, flexible office that wasn't available in a small town.
"What started as my slightly selfish desire to have a cool, affordable office as well as a place to source potential business turned into a community asset and new career path. We were able to obtain a vacant 1870s carpenter shop in the heart of our town's historic district and turn it into the business home for over 25 local business owners, entrepreneurs and work from home professionals."
Shortly after demonstrating the success and impact a local coworking space can have on a community, we were invited to start up new spaces in other towns in the area. After rapidly expanding to 6 locations we shifted from an owner-operator model to a consultant role helping community leaders design and launch spaces that fit their individual community needs.
We help community leaders build a spaces on a small town scale where entrepreneurs can flourish, while simultaeneously bringing new life to vacant or underutilized historic assets and creating foot traffic, sales, and new partnerships for other local brick and mortar businesses. Our Services Defined
Ideally we begin working with a community at the "idea stage". We offer a free discovery meeting with local leaders to explore coworking and their needs and ensure that both coworking and our company are a good fit.
From their an in person day-long consultation finds us exploring the town on foot, evaluating potential locations, and doing a deep dive into different coworking models, membership offerings, revenue projets, and answering any and all questions about how coworking can impact the town.

Upon completion of an onsite consult, we are able to provide a customized package with varying levels of involvement in the selection, acquisition, design and build out of a space and a custom package of management software and services to make the coworking space as "plug and play" as possible.
